Atcheza is our first deployment, built in continuous partnership with the artisanal fishers of Arraial do Cabo, Brazil. It answers questions on coastal regulation and local expertise, always citing its sources, in the Portuguese spoken on this coast. It works by voice and text on WhatsApp, with a public web version.
